TfL SERU Assessment

The TfL SERU assessment is a crucial requirement for private hire drivers in London. It stands for Safety, Equality, and Regulatory Understanding. This is a computer-based assessment which needs to be completed by both new applicants and current drivers. The applicant/driver needs to answer 36 questions in 45 minutes, consisting fill in the blanks and multiple choices.
